Free return shipping will be available for all non-sale sunglass orders purchased direct from and shipping within the contiguous United States.

Free return shipping is not available for orders shipped outside of the United States, accessories, apparel, special price and sale items.

Please follow the instructions on the return shipping letter included in your order and save copies of order details and return shipping details for your records.

You will be refunded for your item in the same form of payment originally used, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax.

To complete a return:

1. Email us at with the following details and we will send you the prepaid postage label to print: Full name, order number (on your receipt), address you are shipping from.

2. Securely pack your EGOER eyewear in a box and include the original proof of purchase or EGOER Invoice. Any returned item must be in its original condition and in its original retail packaging to get credit.

3. Ship the package to: EGOER Eyes – Returns 4000 Royal Drive Northwest BLDG 1 Suite 105, Kennesaw GA 30144.
*EGOER Eyes is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit, therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to track and insure your eyewear.

4. Once your return is received by the Returns Department, please allow a week for EGOER Eyes to process your refund. If you are interested in exchanging your original purchase for a different style, please mail back your return. You may place your new order at anytime on

Home Try-On Questions

After you’ve chosen a pair of sunglasses that you would like to try, instead of clicking the “Add to Cart” button, choose the “Try at Home” button. This will add the sunglasses to your cart, along with the required home trial deposit fee, which is one dollar. This fee enables us to verify the card, protecting us just in case our sunglasses don’t get returned.

The home try-on period lasts 15 days from the delivery of your trial box. After you’ve tried the sunglasses on, keep the ones you love and put the rest back in the box. Make sure that it’s postmarked by day 15. Don’t worry, we’ll remind you!

Please make sure that you put the trial box back in the mail, using the included pre-paid postage label. If you have any troubles, or find that you need an extra day or two, simply reach out to customer support.

Once we receive your home try-on box, we’ll check it to see which pairs of sunglasses you’ve chosen to keep. We will then process the charges to your chosen payment method. If there are any complications, we’ll reach out to you.

There are two simple exceptions: 1) You don’t return the trial box within the allotted trial period. See below for more on the policy; 2) You return sunglasses in unsatisfactory condition. We ship all of our trial sunglasses in new, pristine condition and we expect to receive them back the same condition they were shipped in.

Our home try-on lasts for 15 days. It’s the longest in our industry. And because of that, we know that we’re putting a lot of trust on our customers.

So here’s what we ask: at the end of your 15 day trial, use the pre-paid shipping label to ship any sunglasses that you didn’t decide to keep. It couldn’t be any easier.

We know that it can take up to several business days for the box to be returned. If after that period, the sunglasses have not been returned to us, we will proceed to charge your chosen payment method for the price of any sunglasses that we didn’t receive back.
